B1. Scenario Set Up:

Starting Conditions:

Year: 180

Weapon status: WSIII

Map: 42X30 (Standard map size) Fixed. The only terrain is the Tournament Barrier (P17.0).

Player A: Within five hexes of 1010C

Player B: Within five hexes of 3220F

Starting speed: Minimum of 12 may go up to 31. (Previous turns minimum speed was
16. For Braking energy calculations.) All Turn Mode and Side Slip requirements
have been met.


C1. Rules Not Used:

All rules for ship/races not allowed in the SC4T. Any and all rules not in use
by Y180 are excluded, there will be NO Prototype exceptions on YIS. Note See F
section for Drone availability changes.

Vudar IPG and Wild weasels (and Decoy Drogues) are the ONLY sources of LENT EW. Ships can generate EW points by any means but there is no other source of LENT EW so ECM drones and ECP do NOT work.

Basically any rule not listed in Section C1 is in use. Some rules not listed are
obviously not needed. Such as Campaign repairs. Anything that needs to be added
to the C1 list should be brought to my attention. Before play starts.

There are NO Ship Modification rules allowed.

C2. Rules Used:

*Note: Electronic Warfare: Is in partial use see above. Drone Construction FD10 is in use.

Racial Squadrons All ships have the Y175 Refit, (if applicable). All drone racks
are loaded with a combination of Type I Medium Speed and Fast Drones (see Drone
section.). Type IV's can not be substituted to free up points for various other
Drone only improvements. Players CAN use IVs but there is NO point savings that can be used for anything other than drone modifications..
Basically you buy your drone speeds and normal explosive warheads when designing
your squadron then you get to customize after getting an opponent.

UIM Is a special case. Ships with UIM as standard equipment have UIM. Ships with
UIM listed as a refit must purchase UIM with their Commanders options.

FD Rules:

FD10 is in effect for Drone Construction.

Drone Speeds and quantities are already listed for each ship. All drones are considered to have explosive warheads. You can swap TWO IM drones for a IVM and Two IF drones for IVF. You can also swap an IM and IF drone for ONLY IVM.

All drone racks
are loaded with a combination of Type I Medium Speed and Fast Drones (see Drone
